WinUAE 1.5.2 no booting with an HD assigned
« on: November 09, 2008, 11:48:48 AM »
I downloaded WinUAE 1.5.2 on Friday and been having a play with it since. It wasn;t working straight away and I have since realised, after tests, that no configuration works (any supplied defaults or my own), if a directory is set up as an HD.

I just get a blank screen, with the CPU running at 100% and no HD activity, but if I press F12, remove the HD and reset the emulation with the same config, I get the Kickstart 'insert disk' screen.

These directories worked before the upgrade and they still exist, (not deleted in the install).

Does anyone else have these problems, or am I missing something obvious?

Thank youm
Andy
