@Gavilan
I think it is just a ScanDoubler.

I just hope T-Zer0 runs ok on a 1230...

Yes it does. I had to make a seperate bootable partition to get enough memory available to start it, but maybe AGS circumvents that  :-)

Hi Homer! AGS launches T-Zer0 with no memory problems, and it runs just as well on my 1230 as it did on my A4000 with my MKIII. It's an awesome game which is made even better by being able to play it on a large screen :-)

The only problem is that my A1200 doesn't have a CD-ROM so I don't get any audio. I wonder whether it would be possible to mount an ISO of the CD and have the game use that for the CD audio?

How the cr@p have you managed to reach those prices? Hehe, good advertising?

It's manic. I paid less than £160 for my Picasso IV and you're getting £285 (or more) for the equivalent hardware!

I'm surprised too. Maybe there is just less of this stuff around these days so people are prepared to pay more for it.

£475 for the CS MKIII... and it doesnt even have a Revision 6 (E41J) 060 on it, or a socketed crystal! It's got the older rev 1 with EC (no FPU) markings!

Wow times have changed. It's almost worth getting my spare fixed... JJB quoted €155 to fix it... at £475 it's almost worth it.

Cold hands. Sweating palms. Pain in my back pocket. Feel nauseous ... can only mean one thing ... I have myself a 060 and an Amiga graphics card for my vintage 4000!!
Did you know some furniture goes for more than that? Yes? Treat the Amiga collection like any other hobby and it wont feel half as bad when you spend money on it. Also know what you are prepared to pay for something. Something is only worth what YOU are prepared to pay for it.

Also, a special thanks to 'Moto'  :cheers:

I think the topic of "value" comes up every time a high-value Amiga item is sold. We all know how supply and demand works, and that when demand is high but supply is low, prices go up. The people who are prepared (and able) to pay high prices do so, so prices are driven up. This is especially true in auction situations where the price is determined by the buyer(s).

dilemma
Must... pay off... credit card..........
Must... not... buy... Sam440 + OS4!!!!!
