The web page takes some time to load up, if no web page appears, make sure you have the CGTriumvirate font installed (you need the .otag, .font and .type files).

To launch OWB with a specific URL use the --url option e.g.
OWB --url http://uk.yahoo.com

Going to that page I don't seem to be able to find a link for V1.3.   All I seem to find is 1.24... where is the 1.3 link?

The OWB 1.3 68k release was removed from the webpage.
You can find it here instead.
