IDE-Fix Express - small issue

My HDD light always stays on ever since I installed it. You can barely see disk activity flashes while its on. Not that its a big deal, but I'd like to see if there's any fix for this. Other than that, it works perfectly.

Sounds strange. What type of Amiga have you installed it on and what IDE adapter are you using?

Pretty normal with newer 2.5" HDs. I had this problem with a normal IDE-Fix (and the onboard IDE), is now fixed with EIDE'99.

I can make Adolescent's words mine.
Some IDE devices have a bad habit of turning the access LED on all the time. No other fix for this issue than change the device.

Goodbye people.
I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

Yeah, it seems to be the hard drive that causing my problem too. Swapped it with another one and the light stopped.
