They do spend a lot of time licking. Perhaps a prize would be in order.
Call me Golan; my parents did.

Back in my day, we didn\'t have water. We only had Oxygen and Hydrogen, and we\'d just have to shove them together.

:-?   Why not?  It doesn't look like the cat is even touching the machine.  And what makes you think Cat + Amiga = dead Amiga, anyhow?  My friend had a cat that slept on his Amiga all the time.  Never hurt anything.  Occasionally the cat would "type" random things, but no harm done.  The most likely hazard would be the cat overheating the computer (laying on a vent).  That clearly isn't the case, as it's not plugged in.  Lesser hazards, if you are really unlucky, cat hair could bridge some connection somewhere it shouldn't.  Or if you're really REALLY unlucky, the cat could ESD damage a port/CIA...  But really, cats are less of a static bomb than a human in a sweater...  I don't get it.

[edit] I suppose the MOST likely problem would be the cat chewing a cable... But he doesn't mention anything about cables with teeth marks.

I've read at least 5 stories online about cats peeing in Amigas and killing them. Besides cats are evil.

Sure, why not. As long as you're not allergic to cats you should be fine. :-)

That's exactly what they want you to think. It's part of their plot to take over the world. I' sure they have some thing to do with global warming too. :-P

Considering you have a Pink Panther as your avatar how can I know you are not part of the feline conspiracy to take over the world?
