I got my EFIKA booted up to the MOS boot image so I'll try a USB CD-ROM. I haven't got a CF adapter yet so I can't install the OS.

Are any of the pins on the EFIKA headers for additional USB ports?

Why not use a powered USB hub?

This will protect the USB from overcharging.

Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

I'll have to. I will be building a (very) custom case so the hub will have to go inside. The CD-ROM will be connected to one port, and the others will have to be extended to the back of the case.
