4000T system disks ?
« on: February 09, 2008, 07:57:15 AM »
Hi! guys a couple of questions with regards to 4000T 3.1 system disks.
I have just received a 4000T and wish to reorganise the hard disk the problem is my other miggy is in pieces waiting for a part and the disk images I received with the 4000t are in ADF format. Question one is it possible to boot and install WB using normal 3.1 disks.
second question If its not possible to use the normal 3.1 disks how can I get around this prob and get her up and running again.
thanks guys.

You need 4000T disks. I can make some images of those if you need them.

@DJBase

thanks for the images! They're of high density disks though. My A4000T is Amiga Techologies, it has a DD floppy drive :-(   Would you happen to have the diks of the Amiga Technologies version of the 4000T?

Thanks!

You just need workbench.library. Rip it out of a 4000D 3.1 ROM and copy it to the Install and Workbench floppies.
