Does anybody have any news on open office for the amiga?  I have been trying to find it ever scince it was announced in total amiga.

 Failing that, would anybody be interested in writing a new office suite for the amiga with me.  I was thinking of writing it in C.

AmigaOffice (aka OpenOffice) was dead from a start and there was never really
any code written/ported for.

When we annouced it we got about a dozen people willing to work, but only 3 or 4 off
could actually code. Not a really optimal situation when you are looking at over
100mb off sources .....

2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else
