HDTV NTSC reciever DirecTV. Allows you to connect ANY S-video, component, RCA video source to a VGA monitor and use that as an HDTV. Has an Aerial HDTV tuner built in along with a DIRECT TV sat Reciever. USed this with My Amgias for NTSC display on a VGA and HDTV via a VGA opr component outputs. This is not an RGB scan doubler. This is usefull if you have an HDTV or VGA monitor and don't want 3 or 4 switchboxes and want to free up the connectors on your TV.
