A2065.device problem

I'm looking for A2065.device

For some reason, startnet (AmiTCP 4.1) slows down terribly A2000 (GVP 040, OS3.9 BB2)

There's a couple updated device files on Aminet.  I think this is the one I'm using:  http://aminet.net/package/driver/net/a2065v216a

Envoy 3.1 also has an updated a2065.device, and I think newer versions of AmiTCP do as well.
