Apple to refund MacOS X for G3 users.

Hi
On News.Com.Com, Apple was forced to pay refund
to OS-X users because the users cannot use
all OS-X feature on older Apple  G3 machines.
Will this problem occur with future versions
of AmigaOS and MorphOS?
