Reading an Amiga formatted CF card on a PC?
« on: June 07, 2008, 08:52:24 AM »
Hi,

Simple one:

If I replace the 2.5" HDD in my A1200 with a CF card and format it (presumably FFS), will I then be able to pop it into the card reader attached to my (XP) PC and be able to read/write to/from it?

Is there a FFS handler for Windows/XP?

Cheers,

Mike.

Booting with linux livecd should work aswell (at least ubuntu seems to have the AFFS kernel module).
