Problem with HDD (Not amiga)
« on: May 18, 2008, 11:10:22 AM »
Can someone please help.

I have an MP3 player and its hdd has broke. It says No Partition when I turn it on.

When plugged into the PC through USB the HDD is visible in Device manager (a Toshiba MK2006GAL) however when I goto drive management I cant see it as a physical or logical drive.

Is there a way of repairing it to either
A- Get all my songs back
B- Get a new partition on it so I can use it again
 :-?

Anything could be wrong with that HD, best bet is to find a replacement but it is a slim chance that you will get anything off the dodgy one if it's 'phisically' faulty.
