For his 34th birthday my son wants the new Wii Fit game. The the package comes with an aerobic step-pad. It is used in strength routines, cardio, downhill skiing, and even Yoga. (Guru Meditation, anybody?) If you feet it your height, it will even weigh you and calculate your Body Mass Index.
