Cyberstorm PPC without PPC processor ? only 68060 ?

I know of (another) Cyberstorm PPC card that does not seem to have a PPC processor but only a 68060. Can this work correctly or does this board really NEED a PPC processor ?? Can you just add any PPC processor (200 Mhz for example) to it ?? :-?

On Ebay I see a PPC 603 processor for Mac that runs on 117 Mhz. Can this be fitted on an Amiga PPC 603 card ??  :-?
