That card is worthless without memory. You need at least 4 megs om ram installed to get it to work properly.
And it uses 30pin simms.. those are a PITA to get hold of today.

Thanks for your post, I'll see if I can locate some memory, It may not be that hard overhere in USA.

I do have another card that has 32MB but I am keeping that one :) -

Just been holding on to Amiga stuff I don't use, got to let go at some point.

These folks are great for old memory. I bought the proper 4 meg 30 pin (9 chip parity) SIMMs for my old Vortex 486 board from them and they work fine. They also had 16 meg 30 pin SIMMs listed at the time which are even harder to find.

Thanks, good info for those that want to get some memory. I will sell it as is. If I happen to find some I will include it.

re: the accelerator card.
I am the second owner, the first owner purchased it brand new, may have used it for some time, place it in storage for a number of years after that. I have had it for about 8months but have not used it - the A2000 where its currently installed doesnt have a HD, also have not had a chance to use any of the other amiga stuff I got - the whole reason for selling

Is there an easy way to identify the correct ram chips? I found several anti-static bags of 30 pin simms while cleaning up at work a few days ago, there are at least a couple dozen total.

Let me know, I'll keep the one's that are useful for Amiga's and toss the rest.

If any are good for this card or others I'll send them to anyone that wants to pay shipping on the them.

Thanks,

-JM

Remember something about the fusion. you need to have four ram cards installed at a total minimum of four megabytes. Ant it has to be the four sockets away from the rear faceplate of the card (the lower bank)...
