I am in need for assistance. I am trying to allow telnet access to port 23 with no luck. I keep getting msg "access from host 192.168.2.100 to port 23 denied. Any ideas I can telnet out fine but can't accept. I am connecting through a belkin router if that helps at all.

You'll need to install and configure the telnetd daemon to serve the incoming petitions.

Remove the "deny all" rule from the access settings. Or add an "accept port 23" rule *before* the "deny all" rule.
