amiga netcentre 0s4 classic user interface

hi trying to set up amiga netcentre (samba) l am getting message .
chould not open create default_interface file at samba:config/deault_interface.

l am connceted to the net through a pcmcia network card and using a asdl router.

thanks in advance for any help
