Memory handling in Blizzard 1230
« on: May 16, 2008, 06:46:07 AM »
In Blizzard 1230, is the memory on both the turbo and the scsi kit handled in the turbo or does the scsi kit have some logic for it?

I was wondering if a memory expansion sans the scsi for the B1230 would be doable. Possibly even one with an SDRAM slot.
A4000/040 3.1/3.1, 2 MB Chip, 24 MB Fast, Piccolo SD64 2MB, GVP A2000mHC+8 Rev2, 4 GB CF HD via CF IDE
A1200 3.1/3.9, Blizzard 1230MkIV 030@50 with SCSI kit, 2 MB Chip, 128 MB Fast, 1 GB CF HD via CF IDE
A600 3.1/3.1, 2 MB Chip, A603, 1GB CF HD via CF IDE

I've been wondering about this too,
seems like the scsi kits are next to impossible to find.

Anyone has the pinout for the Blizzard-IV expansion header or any other documentation for that matter?
