TweakWB has a very easy to use drag and drop MagicWB and newicon icon converter too.I don't use any PNG icons. I convert all PNG icons to glow icons.

If I was to install magicwb over the top would the glowicons be replace by magicwb ones? And for those glowicons that the magicwb 2.1p install archive doesnt have an icon for, i can just drag and drop magicwb icons from other sources to replace them?
