Wanted: A4000 faceplate
« on: February 13, 2008, 09:48:11 PM »
Hi All

My A4000/EC 030 faceplate has some broken clips on. Therefore I was wondering if anyone had a spare one in good condition?

Thanks,
The Pieman

Is it a 4000/EC 030 faceplate, if so are you willing to sell it?

Thanks, The Pieman

Because they sell 1000's of them. The Tooling costs would make it non economical. You'd have to sell over 100 to break even (at a reasonable sale price).

I would recommend Superglue and balsa.

He said "I'll have one", not "I have one". Sorry.  :-(

I was thinking along the same lines - I wondered if I could make up some sort of replacment clip and superglue it on

I guess that would be easier than trying to find a replacement front panel  8-)
