OS4 was crashing all the time for me, mostly when running 68k apps. I said the heck with it one day and switched my RAM setting to 60ns. I have a 24" fan anyway. Since then, I have not had any crashes except after GR's and (only sometimes) when available memory goes negative.
I have 70ns RAM!
