Linux 64bit for Peg3 or IBM970

Hello
32 bit PowerPC applications will run on 64 bit 970.
However the OS should be ported/modified from 32bit to 64bit.

According to Mr David Engebretsen PhD, PenguinPPC (Linux 64 Bit PowerPC)
is NOT compatible with Pegasos 3 and IBM Quad 970 machine.

Penguin

If this is true, who will port Linux 64 bit to Pegasos 3 or IBM machines?
What is the distribution type? (ie Debian, RedHat, Suse, YellowDog)

Redhat have a 64bit PowerPC version for large / mid-range IBM machines.
Is this version compatible with Pegasos 3?

Probably the same people who are porting the numerous flavours of Linux / BSDs etc. to Pegasos 1.

Not sure about the other big distros but Debian is a cert.
