Amiga Corporation?
« on: September 20, 2007, 03:14:02 PM »
Hello-

Is it my imagination or is someone at Amiga Inc. trying to bolster their own image, by saying that the Amiga was created by "THE AMIGA CORPORATION". Check out the Wikipedia entry:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amiga

If this is indeed correct, please let me know. Thanks.

I'm not sure what your point is, but the Amiga was developed by an independent company that was later purchased by Commodore.

The new division was called Commodore Amiga Inc.

OK but "Commodore Amiga Inc." is slightly different from "Amiga Corporation". Wasn't it originally Hi-Toro?
