WTB: A4000 parts
« on: August 20, 2007, 11:43:25 AM »
I recently bought a "dead" A4000, with several parts missing. Of course I am convinced that this baby is not dead at all, and I plan to resurrect her to her former glory.

For this, I need the following:

- CPU card
- Buster chip
- Floppy drive

The motherboard is a Rev.D one. I don't quite care which CPU or Buster version it will have, as long as it will make it a functional system. Originally it's a 4000/030.

Now, at this moment I have 57,55 Euro in my Paypal account. Is there anyone who can help me with above parts (especially the CPU card and Buster) for this price?

Is it a rev D CR version, or a rev B-D version?

(the CR is different in the way it has Chipmem soldered on the board, a lithium battery and a CPU soldered in the mainboard)

If you have the CR-D you don't need a CPU card...

It's a 'regular' version, i.e. ChipRAM via a SIMM, and no CPU onboard. Battery has been removed...
