"What is video toaster?
"Todays Video Toaster/VT4, or TriCaster, is a solution for editing, and streaming video on Windows 2000/XP. However, Video Toaster began it's journey on the well known Amiga(tm) platform. The original Video Toaster product was a combination of hardware and software for the editing and production of standard-definition NTSC video on personal computers.
"In 2004 the Amiga version of Video Toaster went 'Open Source', and is now available on this site. The source code is under an open source license, which allows anyone to freely improve upon it. "
