Scavanged parts
« on: August 08, 2007, 12:56:14 AM »
In scavanging some parts for my Amiga 2000 from a PowerMAC 8100/80AV I have removed what appears to be the Rom and Rom cache from the motherboard.

Does anyone think these and the Ram simms are worth my trouble to put up on Ebay?

Any use in the Amiga?

ALSO: (In an unrelated note)

Are there any older ISA soundcards that can be used on the Amiga 2000?
CD TV / Remote / Trackball Remote / Keyboard / CDTV 1411 External Drive / C= 1405 256K RAM / Smell the fear!

ISA slots on any Amiga are inactive (i.e. = only for power supply).
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

ISA cards can be used by bridgeboards.

Also ISA slots/cards were not used in Macs... so if they came from a Mac, they' probably NuBus or PDS cards.

As for the Cache modules or ROMs, not sure of the demand, but probably someone might want'em.
