does thing may work ?

i was thinking for the user in the usa to use a scart European cable and then use this cable to see our amiga in components ,
would it work??pic

No.

The USA TV's do not have RGB input (most of them). They have composite and component.

Analog component is NOT the same as RGB.

No, maybe you could have luck by using a VGA connector.
