A2000 Pricing
«

How much should I expect to pay for a rev 6.3 A2000 with 2 floppy drives and an ICD flicker fixer (no other upgrades)? I have a Grand Slam Zorro II SCSI controller already with 8MB of RAM installed from my A500 that died. The only software included are the WB2.04 install disks.
Thanks

Hey, I think I saw this A2000 on Ebay a couple of nights ago. The ICD flicker free video is hot because it is a card that sits on top of the denise chip socket and leaves the video slot free for such delightful things as the Video Toaster or Opalvision. Otherwise, it is stock. I would think $100-150 as it's selling price. If you bought it, you would need at least a 60030 accelerator to do anything serious with it. Thats some more $$ to put into it. If it is indeed the same A2000 on Ebay, I would just watch it until the end and if the price is still right, bid on it.

A2500 owned since 1993 with A2630/DKB 2632, DKB Megachip, GVP EGS Spectrum, A2320 and GVP HC+8 on the inside and a DCTV on the outside. A4000D with CSPPC, Cybervision 64 and a Flicker Magic flicker fixer. A4000T Toaster Flyer & CSMKII. All systems completly retro and classic and mostly used to do geometic art as in my avatar.

Thanks, I have it on watch (I also have the 68030 accelerator the same seller has). I wish I could find a 2000 in MA/RI/CT so I didn't have to pay for shipping. I managed to find the 500 locally but I think I was lucky.

How about a trip to Maine? I have an A2000 with some add-ons (FF, Syquest, Supra ram, and an NEC Mutlisync)...I'm in Kennebunkport, and I want to see it go to a good home, but I don't want to ship it, and I _really_ don't want to Ebay it!
