Hi all,
Been trying to get Birdie to run on my Amiga 1200 OS3.9 with both BB1 and BB2, but I cant seem to get any joy out of it.
Its something I am not doing but I dont know what.
I hav e put a copy of Birdie in the C: draw still cant get it running.
Has any one got any settings for me to go by please so I can get Birdie going?

TIA,

Mike.

IIRC it's something like "Run >NIL: C:Birdie activewindow.iff inactivewindow.iff". The syntax should be in the readme. What syntax are you using and what happens?

try BPrefs from Aminet. (its a GUI for Birdie)

Run it from WB and test the patterns you want (IIRC it have an option to stamp in a console the output)

Also make sure your Birdie line is in the correct place in the startup-sequence. Position relative to IPrefs is important.

Well, it's quite impossible for Birdie to guess where you keep your files.

You must specify full path to the file, say:
Code: [Select]
Run <>NIL: C:Birdie <>NIL: SYS:Birdie/001.jpg SYS:Birdie/002.jpg
