RRNet on A1200 clockport?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a driver to make this C64 ethernet card work on the Amiga clockport???  

If so, it'd make for relatively cheap internal ethernet (using a clockport card) for the A500/A1000 and other clockport equipped Amigas.  :-)

I asked Jens about it. (I'm after the same thing; ethernet for clockport equiped Amigas). Unfortunately, he told me that the RR-Net device does not use IRQ's and would be very slow. "Transfer rates would be in the
50-100K per second area with CPU load of 100%"
