ShapeShifter util Doubler: Help needed modifying small C program

Is there any way to make the second mouse button usable in Shapeshifter, preferably as option + click? I tried an Amiga program called Doubler, but that seems not to run. May be because I have 060 and there's no 060 executable in the archive.

So then I tried programs on the Mac side. I tried the Logitech software for System 7 but that doesn't work as I don't have a Logitech Mac mouse connected... DUH!

Then I found a program called TheMouse2B that should work with any mouse. This program crashes System 7.5.5 with an "unimplemented trap" error. Maybe ShapeShifter doesn't support this?

Does anyone have this problem solved?

Found out that you need to run DoubleR from the shell or it won't work.

Uhm better but still not ideal...

I vaguely remember having found another tool that was able to map the right button to a key and the left button. That way I can use the right mouse button as a "real" right mouse button on the Mac. The nice thing about Doubler is that it also looks at which task the mousebutton is used in. That way it only works in ShapeShifter and not in other tasks; useful for multi tasking.

I looked on Aminet but couldn't see anything that looked more useful to you than Doubler 3.71.

Maybe the sourcecode for it can be changed to do what I need? I'm looking at it now but I never worked on anything higher than basic ;-)

I now made it work from WB by deleting the icon and making a new one for it.

Now I just need it to not double the left click but make it one click and right Amiga!

Anyone with C experience wanna help?
