Hmmm... PPC recommended, wonder how it runs on a 680x0?

Hi

I own an a4000 with a cyberstorm 060. AminetRadio runs
fine with it, but multitasking like for example playing
a stream and surfing the web is another thing.
Luckily I own a MASPlayer and for internet radio I mainly
use Streamer and Amplifier. Both support the masplayer
(thanks to Chris Hodges for masmpeg.device),
so both have very little CPU-load. The later versions of
streamer (on aminet) crash my system, but I found out that
version 2.08 works very well.

Regards,
Lloyd

Damn! That streamer doesn't work with my Amiga either. It's a pitty becuase it's the only program of this kind that supports RealAudio streams!. :-(
Where can i find version 2.08? If it's not available, could you send it to me or upload it somewhere?

Hi AmigaMance,

If you PM your email-adress I'll send it to you.

Edit: I must say that I never used Streamer with RA streams
though.

Lloyd
