Aminet: reply -> Forbidden, You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Hi!

I have tried to reach www.aminet.net a couple of times now, and get this (error?) message, the only mirror site I can access now is http://it.aminet.net/

Is this a behaviour due to errors on Aminet? Or is it a punishment...? I have recently done some major DL of public software on Aminet, I am an old Amiga owner who went over to Windows95 and up, now I'm thinking of old good days and thought I would configure WinUAE and use stuff from Aminet... blablabla and so on...

does anyone now whats the error ?

(hmm directly after this post I tried to access Aminet with success [but in degrade mode]so I guess it's not my fault)

thanks for the reply, it was fast, I reEdited my post above, I was however on my way to contact the authors (maintainers) of Aminet but couldn't do that as I was forbidden at the time to access the server for some reason.
(but now I know that the emailaddress is aminet (at) aminet (dot) net)

other topic but somehow related to this topic:
donation, yes I think I will do that, but how ? I don't have creditcard and I dont't have/use paypal.
