@mdma

I'm confused...don't you mean bppc (Blizzard)
cyberstorm won't work with an A1200, afaik, that requires an A4000

no one knows, definatively, right now whether the ppc expansion for the A1200 will be supported by AOS4, we've gone to 99% sure to they are evaluating the idea now, using an e-mail survey.  But its only for current owners...not people like you and me with A1200's that were going to add ppc support later.

RE:CSPPC/BlizzPPC

I didn't know what the difference was.  Got rid of my last miggy before PPC cards were popular.

Would a SharkPPC+Mediator for 1200 be a better purchase than a BlizzPPC then?

Actually you can use A3k/A4k CPU cards in towered A1200's. A lot (all?) of zorro3 A1200 busboards have the same CPU board slot as A3k/A4k's.

Dunno how good the compatibility is though, I only have a Z2 board in a snotty Micronik case.

What modifications do I have to make to an ATX case to fit an A1200 in it? Anyone got pictures/diagrams?
