Hi
Wondering if anyone can share with me any problems they've encountered with P96's Cybergraphx emulation and what you did to fix it?
I have Imagine 5.19 which is supposed to be able to run on a Cybergraphx screen, real or emulated.  Mine isn't.  Instead it goes straight to the AGA screen and displays the following error:  "Imagine was unable to open the Cybergraphics screen."  I click "OK", my only option.  Then a second message appears; "Error, Illegal screen mode ID detected."  Again, I click "OK", the only choice.  Then it returns me to Workbench on the regular PC monitor hooked up to the Voodoo4 card.  It (Imagine) never says the value or name of the "Screen Mode ID" that it has a problem with.  In imagine.config I have "SMOD" set to 2
("2" = 1024x768).   Both error messages are returned by Imagine, not P96 and not the OS.
Since I have a Voodoo4 card and a Mediator I have no choice but to use P96 instead of real cgx.  I have imagine.config set exactly as per the manual, and my P96 installation is plain vanilla, nothing exotic...  Shouldn't this emulation just kind of work?  Do I have to setup any environment variables or define any special tooltypes?  Do I need a separate library file thats not included in the p96 installation archive?   Any insights appreciated.  Thanks.
One other thing: my partitions are all sfs.  would that matter?
