Missing AMAX II+ cartridge to run AMAX :(

Does anyone out there have an AMAX cartridge they would be willing to part with?

I need this to be able to run my Mac emulator :(
1 x A500, Hi-toro 4000 :)
1 iMac OSx, 1 Mac Mini
1 Wintel 03 svr

I'm sorry, I don't understand 100% what is an AMAX II+ cartridge.  I've got an AMAX II+ board that ReadySoft was liquidating, that's functionally equivalent to the AMAX IV card because of its firmware is AMAX IV & I've got an AMAX floppy disk adaptor so that you can use an old Mac floppy drive.  Can you be more specific?  :-?
