Pegasos RAM
« on: August 20, 2006, 03:25:54 PM »
I'm collecting all the bits I need to build a PegII system so I'm ready when I can afford the board itself. Do I need to be careful what type of RAM I use, or will El-CheapoTM DDR266 work?

Actually at least here DDR400 is cheaper than DDR266.

But no, it doesn't matter really, any DDR memory 266 or faster should be fine.

I have some 2 x 512MB noname DDR400 in my PegII.

Thanks Piru. I'll have a look on eBay.
