« on: July 30, 2006, 02:09:21 PM »
Hi guys,
I´ve problems installing and using the ExoticIcons. When I install for example the Rodland.info, the game won´t start anymore. It just say "Rodland not found" and exits. Can someone help me with this?

I'm not really sure what you're trying to do, but if you want to change an icon image, select information when you have the icon selected, and then drag and drop the new icon over the icon area in the information window.

I guess what you did was copy the .info file over the old one, thus deleting the old image together with it's tooltypes and default tool entry.
Anyway is the only way

It doesn´t work. I opened the information window and tried to drag and drop the new icon but it won´t work. Could this be because of different icon sizes? The new icon is slightly thinner than the old one. And if so, how to resize it?

Under which Workbench version are you attempting to perform this?  I believe drag'n'drop icon changing was introduced with OS3.5/3.9, although Scalos offers this functionality under OS3.0/3.1 also.

I´m using AMIGA OS 3.1 with Scalos. Is there any other option to make it work.

Make sure the icon type (Project, Tool etc) is the same as the original, and the tooltypes match the original.
