Gift Top Tower
« on: June 17, 2006, 06:17:37 PM »
Hi everyone. I am trying to get some life back into one of my Amiga 1200 towers. The tower in question is a Gift Top. (http://www.efunzine.com/efnz.php?a=pro&id=99&ra=pow&rid=99) It has a LCD display built into the front panel and that currently reads 180. I want to change this to something more appropriate, like 040.
Does anyone know how to do that or even better have the instructions originally included with the tower?  :-?

Thanks.

judging from my pc experience of the same era, behind the panel is a block of jumpers... experiment with different places while the power is on, you won't break anything and you will se the changes on the fly...

It worked perfectly! Big thanks to everyone who helped, both here and in PM.
I am still interested in the original documentation if there ever was one and if anyone have it. :horse:
