Crash after inserting cd with audio tracks

I only have this problem with one of my A4000 and my A1200T
The computer freezez and crash/reboots after inserting a music cd or a game cd with cdda tracks.
I'm' completely clueless about what the problem can be...

A4000 specs:

Cyberstorm MKII '060, scsi cd-rom connected to the Cyberscsi module, OS3.9 BB2, Cache CDFS

A1200 specs:

Blizzard PPC '040 25mhz 603e 200mhz, IDE cd-rom connected to an Elbox EIDE'99,OS3.9 BB2 ,Allegro CDFS

Do you have PowerIcons installed?

if yes, replace the CDDA icon, with a NOT PNG one.

ahh..have PNG icons on both systems..bummer!

Have to replace it with a glowicon then  ;-)

only the CDDA one. Here it fixed the problem.

Reported times ago to the autor (a nice lady) but probably it doesn't happens with all systems.

ahhh..work now on my A4000  :-)

Now I need to hunt down a nice looking glowicon..anyone know one?  ;-)
