RKMs: any interest?
« on: May 23, 2006, 03:42:02 PM »
I'm planning on selling my RKMs: I've got all versions from the A1000 white books through to the black ones.

Question is: is there any interest here for them before I EBay them?

(Selling from UK)

Cheers,
Lee.

All versions? Nine books in total then isn't it? What status are they in?

Actually, there's more than 9 if you include the original A1000 ones.

(Unforunately I can't find my second edition Hardware reference)

All are in good condition. Only items worth noting are RKM Volume 1 for the A1000 has brown "splashes" on cover, and the third edition Libraries reference front cover is a slightly mangled.

A1000 RKMs:

First Edition RKMs:

Second Edition RKMs (currently missing Hardware: will look for it)

Third Edition RKMs:

Guys,

I've put the normal, second, and third edition books up on EBay on a 1-day Auction

(I'm leaving the UK on 01/06/2006 and so would like rid before then - hence the rushed auction.)

The postage costs have been taken from Royal Mail's website. I think they seem a little high but I've gone by the weight of the books, plus the cost of a padded envelope.

However, I don't want to put the A1000 version up on EBay: I would prefer to let them go to proper Amiga people. So, if you're interested in these ones please email me (see profile). I would greatly prefer collection either tomorrow, Tuesday, or Wednesday (at latest) from Rugby - if only to keep your costs down!

Cheers,
Lee.

"I'm interested by the A1000 docs"

I would prefer a UK buyer. Those A1000 books weigh in at around 6KG so would be quite expensive to send out as I would only use AirSure for overseas (due to having a CD32 "getting lost in the post").

"I'm also looking for a kick1.3 disk (because i use a kick1.2 disk)."

I've got a shed load of disks, including 1.3. I'll be listing my remaining Amiga kit tomorrow hopefully so I'll confirm for you if I've still got it.

Cheers,
Lee.

Around 7-10 minutes to go! And as Odin says, they're cheap!
Bad for me, great for you lot!

Cheers,
Lee.
