OS4.0 and OWB

Does anyone know whats the latest OWB version that works with OS4.0 classic and where anyone can find it?
As I know latest version on Jorgs page works only with AOS4.1........

My last backup of OS4.0 to CD-R contains OWB 2.8.

Just confirmed this was the last version for OS4.0.
