GVP rams are precious rarities I don't think anyone would want to part with them easily. A crazy french guy once made his own gvp rams from standard 4mb simms. You can find his conversion docs in aminet, but it looks quite difficult, and probably the outcome would not be very aesthetic.
I believe in mt. Fuji

http://www.aminet.net/package.php?package=hard/hack/gvpsim64.lzh

Lucas is not so crazy... he make this hack in 1996 when 4Mb GVP simm where sold in France 1100-1300 FRF (from 206,55 to 245 USD ;-P

Now a 4Mb simm cost about 0,50 EUR ;)

If needed, i could scan the orignal Amiganews[/i] article (in French but with all explications and pictures).

I have found a shop which sells the 4 MB and 16 MB GVP SIMM's.

But it's very expensive:
