I had problems with MMPCTV100 - same blue screen - try the SuperTV program - there's a link on the Elbox site (under support/third party software).  I found that a bit better than the pre-supplied TV program.  I know the MMPCTV210 works from personal experience, and couldn't get the VoodooTVFM working in my setup.
It seems a bit hit-and-miss with the TV cards on the mediator.  Good luck getting yours working.

I had a BT878-based Hauppage WinTV GO! working great.  A blue screen means no input.

SuperTV is great, as previous posters mentioned.

I agree blue screen means there is no input (or the wrong input is selected).  I had a cheap Hauppage $20 card in mine for a while.
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(

updated form previous post - the composite in port of the VoodooTV fm appears to be supported - at the moment I cannot use the RF in.  I know it works, as have tested it on my PC.  Have sent an email to Elbox support - see what they come up with...
