Huh? They do list the 603e+ (the one with SCSI). But perhaps they're out of stock?

When I asked to buy one of their items the price was multiplied with 3 all out of nothing. Wierd way to do business, and I can imagine a lot of disappointed customers.

Correct, but wouldn't you be disappointed if you for instance found an item you really needed with a price tag of 100 USD, but when you actually wanted to buy the item the price is suddenly 300 USD?? I know I would.
