Title says it all: what's it do?
Also, should I apply this fix to other A500 motherboards (how about non rev5 ?) And another quickie: how can you tell a rev5.1 from a rev5.2 from a rev5.3 ?

Hmm, a quick guess would be a VSYNC booster to make Ami work with a monitor that puts too much load on the signal.
