Most popular retro machines
« on: January 13, 2006, 03:57:32 AM »
Hello All

I have found a source for retro gaming machines and peripherals which has a wide variety of old school products.

I'm talking Neo Geo's, 3DO's, NEC handheld things and all sorts of obscure Japanese released machines.

I'm definately trying to find out what Amiga products they can get their hands on too.

I want to know what are the rarest/most popular retro machines and peripherals on Ebay etc? Also if you know of some machine I can find out if they have it.

Thanks Coldfish.

Looking at this website http://pcenginefx.com/main/pcenginefx_com_-_nec_compatibi.html

I can get:

PCEngine HuCard (Japan)
PCEngine GT HuCard (Japan)
PCEngine TurboExpress HuCard (USA)
PCEngine CoreGrafx HuCard (Japan) - this one has some addons attached to it. Don't know what they are.

I can't get a Sharp X68000, the only sharp stuff they have is:

Sharp C1
Sharp PC 1500
Sharp MZ 700

FM Towns is supposed to be rare.  Have a look at the different variations of the MSX on the asian market, there are supposed to be loads of different ones.
