wtb; plastic covers for the 3.5 inch and 5.25 holes a2000

need the plastic covers for the holes in the lid for the 2000 one the fd hole and the other the 5.25 hole. i have a fd on one side and need the plastic cover for the other side as well as the 5.25 hole on the bottom.
