Drag & Drop support gone?

Does anybody know if there is a known issue when using patches such as Birdie2000, VisualPrefs and ReqAttack in combination with drag & drop?

After the installation of VirgolaWB (OS4 theme for OS3.9), I am no longer able to use drag and drop in several programs.
Just as an example, I am no longer able to drag mails into folders when using SimpleMail. Quite annoying...

I already tried SnoopDos to find out what the problem was, but unfortunately I couldn't yet find out what is causing this weird behaviour.

Any ideas?

Short update:

Since SimpleMail and other programs seem to use MUI for drag n'drop, I had a look at my MUI-options. The settings where correct and the MUI drag n'drop demo runs without any probs.

In Ibrowse, drag and drop works without any problems. How is it possible that it's completely gone now in SimpleMail although it has worked before?

Concerning OS4 themes for 3.9, what would you prefer - VirgolaWB or ATE (Amiga Theme Experience)? Or do you know of any other easy-to-setup Thememanager?

Birdie doesn't seem to be the problem. I was running it without the NOICONBORDER and FLOODMASKWB options (just like written in the doc of VirgolaWB).

Is there anybody with the same problem, or do you all have drag n'drop support in SimpleMail?

Another thing I find quite odd: There is a simple window backdrop that comes with VirgolaWB (only 20 kb big).
When I load it, it takes up more than 3.5MB (!) from my memory!
How is this possible?
